QuickSilver™ - Oxygen Probe

The CS87™ and CCS 2000™ series of oxygen sensors are designed for measuring the oxygen partial pressure of the furnace atmosphere. The robust design withstands thermal shocks and maximizes service life. A self-cleaning mechanism keeps a permanently clean surface between the zirconium dioxide and external electrode, always ensuring accurate signal detection. The modular construction allows easy disassembly /assembly and fast replacement of parts. NitroCarb™ is a vacuum-tight oxygen sensor for nitrocarburizing processes. A fully gas-tight design, coupled with low-temperature operation and a special sheath, allows the NitroCarb™ to work in all FNC (nitrocaburizing) environments where other probes simply cannot. APPLICATIONS • Capable of measurement and control of nitrocarburizing atmospheres when used in conjunction with H2Smart™ hydrogen analyzer • Measurement and control of pre- and post-oxidation processes
