The RS 1 robot system is a fully fledged combination cell for pallet and workpiece automation. The robot operates fully automatically, and can flexibly grip, clamp and store workpieces up to 15 kg and pallets up to 60 kg. The RS 1 guarantees process-secure production round the clock, whilst winning customers over with maximum flexibility and productivity! The rack storage concept makes for an unusually high degree of autonomous running; gripper and device changing is fully automatic and the fully functional setup station allows for pallets, workpiece carriers and workpieces to be set up in parallel with the main operation. This means that the RS 1 can be used as an automation solution for very diverse machining tasks.

The HS flex family was developed with the goal of "maximum productivity". Ergonomic aspects were completely redesigned, however, to allow for fast and fatigue-free working for operators and service personnel in every possible working situation. The HS flex handling system can be adapted to six different HERMLE machining centers. With a transport weight of up to 450 kg incl. plate and a storage volume of up to 50 plate positions, the HS flex covers a wide range of applications.

The C 650 uses a modification of HERMLE's tried-and-tested gantry-type design, with a mineral-cast machine bed. The integrated, rigid clamping table can cope with workpieces up to a maximum of 3000 kg (1050 x 900 x 600 mm) in the 3-axis version, making it ideal for toolmaking, mould construction and machine construction. The swivelling rotary table of the 5-axis version can accommodate workpieces up to 1500 kg (Ø 900 x 600 mm), allowing for highly precise machining. The traverse path in the stainless-steel-clad working area comprises 1050 x 900 x 600 mm with a vertical table clearance of 775 mm and a door aperture of 1050 mm. Ideal parameters for simple and safe crane charging. The C 650 has an integrated tool magazine for 42 tools. The control panel of the C 650 is also designed to swivel easily to the magazine loading location, so the operator can enter the tool data directly into the tool table in the control system.

The C 62 is a highly dynamic machining centre designed for 5-axis/5-side machining. Numerous features ensure high-precision and cost-effective working on workpieces up to 2500 kg in weight. Various optional extras simply add to the capabilities for innovative advanced machining. As with all HERMLE machining centres, the C 62 offers various workpiece loading options to guarantee optimum operation. Depending on the respective requirements, various additional tool magazines are available. The concept and modular design of the C 62 means individual needs can be met in many different ways.
