Roller slides RA

The RH line is equipped with a hand wheel and a scale ring with a 0.02 mm scale gradation. Sizes 075 up to 200 can, on option, also be furnished with a 0.01 mm scale gradation. Our slides that run on roller bearings, in single-axis or multi-axis designs, are supplied in the materials grey cast iron and aluminium. The roller bearing slides run in preloaded, hardened and ground Vee-guides. This ensures a smooth, zero-play and extremely precise longitudinal movement - even under high load. Slides which must be designed with T-grooves or higher rigidity can be produced in a reinforced version.

The RK line is equipped with a cross type handle and, from size 300 on, with a hand wheel. The RM line The RM line is equipped with a knurled micrometer knob of a 0.02 mm scale gradation. Sizes 075 up to 200 can, on option, be delivered with a 0.01 mm scale gradation, too. The RS line is equipped with a threaded spindle. From size 75 mm on, all dovetail slides (type SS) are equipped with a digital position readout. Different installation options allow to read the display from different viewing directions. The housing consists of shockproof plastic. The digital display allows to make fast adjustments over the complete measuring path.
