GEDA's “electrical scaffold“, the mast climbing platforms GEDA MCP 750 (single mast platform) and MCP 1500 (twin mast platform) are convincing in many ways. Contrary to ordinary platforms, these mast climbing platforms are easy to handle. They can be assembled and dismantled without any problems. For the assembly of the pedestal, grid-supports for standard scaffold components, scaffold coatings, guardrails and toe boards are used. This means economic use in several ways. You can save money through short put-up and dismantling times and you can save your time through multiple-shift usage. Innovative technology in modular system! The well-known GEDA steel mast segments with captive screws allow for easy assembly directly from the platform. Their manifold advantages are low investment costs, high safety and stability, not much effort for assembly, space saving transport as well as proper storage.

The Sixton Peak Venezia from the Crystal line is a lightweight safety shoe with easy entry, in which several provisions have been made to make the shoe very suitable for the food processing industry and catering. For instance, the breathable, lightweight microfibre upper has been made dirt-resistant thanks to a PU coating, and the Teklife 3D lining is antibacterial. The multi-layer Flyfit insole has an antibacterial coating and is moisture-absorbent. The running sole (PU/PU) leaves no streaks, making it cut out for indoor work. With its SRC rating, this sole has the same excellent non-slip capability as many other Sixton Peak shoes. Dual Micro heel padding allows the heel to lock better into the shoe and prevents wear and tear. Dynamic HC control and Stabil Active keep the heel in the correct position, providing heel and arch support and controlling lateral ankle movement. The wearing comfort is also further enhanced.

ABB repair, exchange & replacement parts for ABB IRC5 & S4 Pendants Since the start of 2018, we also supply reconditioned repairs as well as exchange and replacement parts for handheld robot control panels from the IRC5, IRC5P, S4, S4+, S4C+, S4P and S4P+ product ranges manufactured by ABB. During the repair process, we ensure that components that are better than the manufacturer's are installed in addition to the manufacturer's original parts. As a preventative measure we also replace any components that are subject to ageing or use related wear. In addition to using components approved by the manufacturer or legislator, we test the reconditioned ABB handheld control panels with original IRB ABB robots under conditions that correspond to the actual working environment. We can therefore also provide an 24 month warranty* on the complete ABB handheld control panel.
