Consulting with Implementation for India and other Emerging Markets We have decades of experience with and in emerging markets, which helps you to avoid expensive mistakes, e.g. in Joint Ventures (JVs). Consulting for setting up internal IT/development organizations in India as an alternative to coutsourcing: A special focus is the establishment of internal IT/development departments or organizations in (South) India, especially in the Bangalore, Chennai and Pondicherry area, as a better alternative to classical outsourcing. Core competence is the selection of suitable Indian employees. European HR managers are usually not able to assess and evaluate an Indian CV correctly due to their lack of experience. Furthermore, they are not aware of the common weaknesses that Indian applicants have.

Developing a new product is a lengthy process that starts with a conversation where you can give us more information on what your needs are. It is the part of the procces where we define who the product will be intended for, how it will be marketed, and determine all of the other parameters, such as whether the product will be of natural origin or whether it will also contain chemical elements. This is followed by making a sample where you check the structure, lubricity, absorbency and other defining properties. Based on your comments and feedback, the product is finished and thus the appropriate product can be finally manufactured. In the last phase, the color in the scent of the product are determined.

We consider the future test strategy in the design phase and implement it in parallel with production. Among other things, during the development phase, we think ahead to consider the test contacts for the test fixture. An ICT test without test contacts is also possible. Our forethought helps to avoid the need for expensive corrections or additional production steps.
