We design and manufacture water treatment equipment and components for industrial, commercial, residential, and municipal applications for drinking, industrial process, sediment/particulate/colloidal removal, iron removal, silica removal, nitrate removal, ion exchange, ultra filtration, reverse osmosis, ultraviolet disinfection, precious metals recovery, etc. We are a family-owned business for 3 generations in water treatment since 1958 with export experience to over 60 countries. Our customers typically are companies that are able to install and service water treatment equipment. We are partnered with or supplied by more than 300 USA manufacturers. Water treatment systems are often a careful combination of several filtration technologies. Our water technicians are able to recommend the proper combination of technologies and equipment to satisfy each customer's unique requirements for an effective, economical, and ecological finished product if you provide a comprehensive water analysis and application information to us. We design and machine plastic (PVC, CPVC, PP, PVDF, etc) and stainless steel components for inside pressure vessels for up to 8" pipe size, up to 1, 500 GPM per tank, up to 144" diameter tanks. We supply assembled equipment or kits of components from small point-of-use or point-of-entry water treatment equipment up to 2" pipe size. We supply kits of components for larger water treatment systems over 2" pipe size to minimize shipping cost.

Flottweg C series decanters around the world process 25 million liters of sewage sludge per hour. The dewatering and thickening of sewage sludge plays a decisive role in the wastewater treatment process. Requirements for the quality and efficiency of sewage treatment plants increase year after year, not least driven by the increasing costs of energy and disposal. As a result, the state of the art is now to use decanter centrifuges to dewater and/or thicken the incoming sludge. Flottweg developed the decanters of the C series especially for this purpose. The C7E represents the largest of all the C machines. The C7E increases the proportion of dry substance in the sludge, thereby reducing its volume and weight (due to loss of water). That means that operators need to dispose of, recycle, or burn less sludge. The result: enormous potential savings for the operators of sewage treatment plants.
