This spindle is designed to be very compact, yet it is equipped with a powerful Motor for grinding and milling. Also available: Splash guard and spindle with counterclockwise rotation.

Due to its revolution speed and high performance this quality machine can be used diversely, e.g. with a collet for tools of 3–8 mm diameter. A very impressive machine that stands for endurance and strength whilst meeting all ergonomic and weight requirements. A version with a pair of supports for hard applications is also available.

This deflectable pneumatic spindle is capable of compensating part and positioning tolerances when machining. This means that it is possible to trace a part contour with constant pressure and achieve uniform removal, even under fluctuating conditions. An optimum application for this system is, for example, the automated deburring of castings or machined components using an industrial robot. Adaptor flange (Order no. 003 012 557) to simplify the mounting of the system is available directly from us. The deflection force is individually infinitely adjustable using air pressure (2-6 bar), even during processing. This enables the removal rate to be perfectly adapted to the thickness of the burr. After deflection the pressurized air piston always returns the tool to the zero position against a positive stop. Hysteresis zero.

The machines are available in short, medium (L100) and long (L200) versions and thus ideal for jobs in hard to reach scopes.

The angle head of this machine is very small. Carrying out good work in very inaccessible places is now much easier. Another advantage: the drive is in the angle head. This means that gears are not required, meaning less weight and no wear.

This strong chisel is particularly suited to working with metal. It’s construction is also light and powerful. A powerful pneumatic chisel for tough applications, such as removing welding beads or supporting structures when post-processing 3D-printed parts.

This grinder, with its multi-disc motor, has a unique and patented oil-free drive. As with turbo drives, the machine needs no lubrication and is nevertheless slim and handy. It has the same durability of lubricated multi-disc motors. A double row of bearings means that this grinder is even suited to extreme applications. With lever valve.

The turbo drive means that this machine needs no lubrication either. A brake run provides a high level of safety. A governor valve ensures that the speed remains constant whatever the load and serves to reduce air consumption. An elastic spindle support considerably improves the surface quality and reduces the wear of the milling tool.

This high-performance grinder is the improved successor of the proven straight grinder SRD 645.Despite the high speed of 45.000 rpm, it consumes just 260 W of power. This design required a further improvement of the ratio of performance to air consumption.The lightweight and ergonomic shape also ensure perfect handling.

This perfectly constructed machine can be also fitted at the front with a pair of high-performance supports instead of a single one and is, therefore, the ideal tool for extreme and long-term use. It is nevertheless light and sits snugly in your hand. Due to the high speed of this grinder it creates a very clean pattern, which makes it ideal for fine grinding, milling and engraving jobs.
