We plan together. Then SCHOLPP will take it from there.
The installation, assembly or relocation of large machinery or complex systems takes detailed planning. We advise you from the outset and work closely with you on the project planning and scheduling. Once you and our experts are sure that we have thought of everything, that’s when we start our work. We coordinate the process of moving the existing systems, including all the associated equipment and ensuring we meet all the latest safety requirements.
This covers everything from risk assessments before beginning work to certifying machinery tests and ensuring all health and safety regulations are met. SCHOLPP ensures that fire protection measures are adhered to and prepares the related documentation. We can even apply for road closure permits, parking permits for cranes and transportation vehicles, and working hours permits on your behalf.
SCHOLPP will plan your project with you down to the last detail – then we’ll take...
Anyone can take something apart. Dismantling is a job for the professionals.
Correctly dismantling equipment at the old location is the first step in moving machinery and relocating production. Our experts know how to handle your sensitive equipment. This is why dismantling for us means more than just taking the system and all its components apart and properly disconnecting the utilities. It also includes scrupulously matchmarking and documenting, technical cleaning and carefully packing each and every part. You can be sure that everything is ideally prepared for safe transport and subsequent reassembly.
When a machine has reached the end of its life cycle, SCHOLPP can also take care of disposals on any scale. We take all the necessary safety precautions and ensure that the proper disposal of materials is fully documented.
Carefully dismantling complex machinery and systems is a job for experienced professionals.
Agility meets efficiency. Anywhere, any way.
When we transport and relocate machinery, we move parts of all sizes. Whether we’re moving with heavy goods vehicles or by rail, plane or ship, our experts know which is the fastest, most cost-efficient and best way, and make sure everything arrives smoothly at your destination.
Regardless of the mode of transport you need for your relocation, SCHOLPP can coordinate every element of the logistics, planning and monitoring. The SCHOLPP project team will also take care of all the necessary customs procedures. The loading, unloading and temporary storage of your goods is all in good, professional hands.
SCHOLPP gets your equipment to its destination by any form of transport – road, rail, air or water.
Unloading is not enough. Moving in is our specialty.
On arrival, we unload and position your machinery using appropriate lifting technology. This ensures that everything is in the right place from the word go. SCHOLPP lifting gantries are often our first choice for safely and precisely moving equipment. Where there’s little headroom, we employ air-cushion technology. We can move equipment into tight spaces, even during ongoing production.
SCHOLPP’s fleet of high-tech equipment is worth €30 million. It’s the largest of its kind in Europe. We ensure that all of our lifting gantries, cranes, installation equipment and transport vehicles are always fitted with the latest technologies available on the market. Whether you need us to completely relocate your system or just assemble part of a machine, to move equipment to the next town or to another continent, we have the equipment you need.
SCHOLPP transports your machinery and systems securely and positions them exactly where you...
Installation: set up as before. Or even better.
After we’ve unloaded, moved in and positioned your machinery and systems, that’s when it gets really interesting for our experts. The precise alignment of each individual part and meticulous millwrighting are key here. Our specialists then carry out the electrical and pneumatic reassembly. Once all the internal connections are in place, we then connect your machines to all the necessary utilities.
Our teams use state-of-the-art measurement techniques in each and every step. They level the machine axes and adjust the system following the information recorded prior to disassembly and the manufacturer’s technical specifications. Then the way is clear for rapid commissioning and a successful start to production.
SCHOLPP staff don’t guesstimate – precision is what you need when it comes to installation.
Well connected: installing system electronics.
Today’s machines are not just mechanical. They have sophisticated electric and electronic components, information technology and data transmission systems. This is why it goes without saying for us that we take the same care when reconnecting these elements as we do with the mechanical parts and components. Electrical and electronic installations are just as much a part of our services as the subsequent I/O checks. We also have specialists in programmable logic controllers (PLC technology).
Relocations are often a good opportunity to equip older systems with the latest, more efficient electronic components and operator’s stations. You can always ask our engineers any questions you might have about the control system hardware and software programming. Our carefully planned solutions for digitalizing and networking production systems support our customers on their path toward Industry 4.0.
The electronics and electrics in today’s...
We only leave once your machinery is up and running smoothly.
Making sure everything is ready for operation and production is the final step in a machinery relocation or new installation process. We take care of this, too – our experts have done everything else up to this point, after all. We produce an acceptance report for commissioning, which documents for both you and us that all the required steps have been carried out correctly. All of this is included in the schedule and ensures the quality of our services.
Although every project is unique, validation plays an important role for us: it ensures that our process chains are traceable, secure and can be repeated again and again to the same high levels of quality. SCHOLPP is your partner for the entire lifespan of your technical equipment – even beyond commissioning. We can also provide maintenance services to ensure smooth production processes and 100% system availability.
Our acceptance reports document that all the...
Greater cost-effectiveness with seamless production.
At SCHOLPP, we understand the value of overall equipment effectiveness or OEE in your operations. Put simply, the objective is to eliminate disruptions in production. This is precisely where our expertise comes in: SCHOLPP is a service specialist in DIN 31051-standard technical maintenance of complete industrial facilities. We can ensure continual modernization and seamless production. Our industrial service is based on total productive maintenance (TPM) concepts combined with comprehensive process optimization: from machine functionality right through to the enhancement of the technical infrastructure and making sure the team is properly trained.

Complete installation: services for machinery manufacturers.
One part of our services is performing the same installation processes again and again, or complete installations of similar machinery by one manufacturer. To maximize speed, efficiency and quality, we familiarize one or several teams with the specific characteristics of your machinery.
This means we are ideally placed to support your staff all the way from disassembly, through transport, to ensuring production readiness. Depending on the task in hand, we assemble interdisciplinary teams with specialists from a variety of fields, including mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electronics, and electrical engineering. And we carefully select equipment, with the best interests of your machines in mind. We guarantee that your machinery will be lifted at the correct points and be up and running as soon as possible.
SCHOLPP can train one or more teams on the specific characteristics of your machinery on request.
