SenrasDairy hand crafts its cheeses made with the milk of its own cows. These round cheeses have a unique taste and are made of: - pasteurized cows' milk, lactic ferments, coagulants, salt and lysozyme, – fresh, matured for 1, 3 to 6 months – soft, creamy, or semi hard – with a smooth, even, soft or dry, mould-free rind – that is pale yellow. We distribute to retailers, wholesalers and supermarket chains.We also make hand-packed ice-cream.
