The number of our factory staff is 210. The existing professional engineering and technical personnel 4 people, engaged in sampling, research and development tasks; Quality Assurance Dept. is composed by 33 people including IQC 2 people, IPQC 1 , QA 6 , QE 1, the production line QC 23 .We have a whole set of quality control system from the R & D design, FOT sample, FOT confirmation, incoming material and InPut Process Quality Control with after-sales service, to the object for satisfaction of the customers. Aug.2009 our factory achieve the standard of a formal ISO 9001 quality management system. There are 6 existing assembly lines in factory, of which 2 are for pre-processing and injection molding machine 7sets. The daily production capacity: 20000PCS, with a special environmental protection workshop (the daily capacity of headphones 8000PCS), It can reach a capacity of 26000PCS during peak season.
