Platinum cured Silicone Hoses have a very low glass transition temperatures. They are transparent, and hence one can see through the fabric reinforcement. Food grade silicones show excellent heat resistance, cold flexibility, dielectric properties and especially good resistance to weather, ozone and UV rays. Platinum-grade silicone formulations are designed specifically for use with food products. FDA approved silicone has reduced food taint and very low bacteria build up resulting in ultimately lower maintenance costs. The platinum-cured Silicone Hoses are reinforced with multiple plies of knit polyester; and wire too if needed, to withstand different pressure levels.The temperature range is between -50 °C +180 °C (upto 250 °C peak working temperatures if reinforced with meta-aramid)

Shore Auto has two factories, one dedicated to Silicone Hoses, & the other to Organic Rubber Hoses. Shore Auto is gaining rapid strides in becoming a preferred source to OEMs and Tier-1s, for their requirement for Robust Hoses that meet their ever growing stringent specifications, from Siberia’s cold temperatures to the extreme heat in the middle east. We take pride in using only the highest quality and branded raw-materials. For example, all our high-temperature Silicone Hoses are made with “primed” meta-aramid fabric. Using “primed” fabric gives almost 300% better ply-adhesion, as compared to un-primed. We take primed in converting assemblies with multiple-connections, into a single piece; thereby reducing the weight, as well as eliminating multiple leakage points.
