The ThunderION Control Module provides the power and the control for up to four ThunderION anti-static bars. With this Control Module, you can control all connected ThunderION anti-static bars and check they are working correctly from a central location. The Control Module operates on the mains voltage, which can be turned on and off with a switch. A cable with a pre-assembled connector at each end links the ThunderION anti-static bar with the Control Module. This offers quick and easy assembly. All cables carry just 24 V. The MultiPowerMaster or MPM is part of the high voltage power unit range. It features a broad range of input voltages, from 100240-V AC/5,060 Hz as well as electronically stabilized output voltage. The output voltage is factory preset to 7, 5, 4, and 3.3 kV. Red and green LEDs are incorporated in the top face of the unit. There is an option for the MPM to be fitted with an I/O connector for interfacing with a PLC, the F.E. Optional I/O signals are available for overload, high voltage present, and remote on and off. A 24-V power source is featured with the I/O connector, which enables use with the Typhoon air pressure sensor.

These rugged charging bars are used in a variety of industrial applications. The slot at the rear of the charging bar permits easy mounting. HDC charging bars are provided with a resistor to avoid failures in the machine control system in the event of accidental spark-over. The cable output may be straight or right-angled (90°).
