The solution of such problems can be found in fast delivery by air of small cargo with vertical landing and remote measuring and monitoring. The small Russian company from Novosibirsk has developed an unmanned, self-flying aerial vehicle, which has low energy consumption (10 А / h while cruising), does not require a runway, has long range (50 km), can hover in place and accurately delivers the goods weighing 1-1.5 kg quickly (over 65 km/h with landing accuracy of 0.5m). This is possible due to the special technology with the changing wind scheme. During takeoff and landing it uses longitudinal and transverse helicopter scheme, and during the flight it uses airplane scheme. The company is interested in technical cooperation with the partner for adaptation of technology for specific sector (deliveries or monitoring).
