STAIGER Spider µProp-Valves

The valve maintains downstream pressure to a constant and pre-set rate of upstream value. No pilots needed. The valve chamber is directly exposed to the downstream pressure and this varying pressure value modulates the valve to open or close according to upstream pressure.

2/2 way proportional valves, 10 mm width, three different electrical connection possibilities. The steady valve opening allows a continuous adjustment of the flow. This proportional behaviour between control input and flow follows the valves unique characteristic curve and can be regulated with appropriate sensors and electronics for high precision.

The pumps of the 3 series deliver operating pressures up to 250 bar and volumetric flow rates of up to 400 l/min and are the preferred choice in channel and tube cleaning applications.The seal system of this plunger pump is very easy to maintain due to fewer wearing parts. The ceramic plungers used are highly resistant to acid and alkaline liquids.
