Ideas and visual expressions had been added over the years, and greater cohesion was now needed. The branding results from one year of preparation – company-wide focus groups to assess, through visual cues and word selection, employees’ own feelings about the company. This was followed by internal and external research to learn lifestyle and leverageable benefits Result Though implementation is still recent, early results show: • higher response by potential clients and candidates on LinkedIn; • brand awareness at 62% in Lviv, Ukraine; • the popular branding video has been viewed by over 53,000 people in the first month. Ladbrokes Coral Plc (GVC Holdings), a UK Giant in the iGaming and Betting market, is one of the oldest, largest, and most prestigious companies operating today. The online betting and gambling market is expanding at a CAGR rate of 11.4% rate each year. Issue. Symphony Solutions began collaboration with this client 6 years ago and was the original technological partner to Coral Group to successfully deliver a fully-fledged sportsbook front-end platform in record time. And recently, developing and delivering the Ladbrokes iteration of such platform was the newer challenge. Solution. The process involved 9 months of collaboration between Symphony Solutions teams and client teams to develop The Ladbrokes Sportsbook, which includes newly-added features to gain ownership, reduce licensing fees, and increase speed and load resilience.

Client Graphyte is a UK-based SaaS company selling services to large gambling and betting operators for integration with websites and mobile apps to offer personalized content to their users. Their product, Graphyte Recommend, uses AI to provide ultra-personalized recommendations to punters, the same way Netflix provides entertainment recommendations to its viewers. Problem Graphyte was a small start-up in October 2018 when they came to Symphony Solutions. They needed help in solving technical problems with POC, mostly related to scale and database performance, issues such as: - A bottleneck in the system created by relational database, - Unnecessary latency, - Lack of resources for system maintenance, and other issues. Client is one of the largest bookmakers in the UK, acquired by GVC Holdings in March 2018, has been expanding their partnership with Symphony Solutions for 5 years. From just 4 engineers and PoC, 200 people now work on this business. We developed products and applications for the client to eliminate dependence on vendors and to improve market position and profit potential. These products were created for the client’s own web platform and native Android and iOS apps. We also designed stable architecture for real-time betting, scaling up and back for high load periods.
