1966 – Foundation of Wolf Systembau The foundation stone for the WOLF Group was laid by Johann Wolf with the establishment of Wolf Systembau Gesellschaft m.b.H. at the family farm in Scharnstein. Trade goods and reinforced concrete containers and silos for agriculture are the first products that subsequently form a significant and very successful pillar of our company. A shortly thereafter expansion of the product range to include buildings for agriculture (machine and storage halls, stables, etc.) enlarges the offering for agricultural customers. 1975 – Prefabricated houses as a new pillar Start of prefabricated house development and production in Scharnstein. 1980 – New location in Bavaria After acquiring a timber construction company in Lower Bavaria, Osterhofen, the relocation of the Munich company to the new site takes place. 1986 – WOLF in Italy Establishment of WOLF System SRL in Freienfeld, near the Austrian border to Italy. 1987 – WOLF in Switzerland Establishment of System WOLF AG in Rüthi, also near the Austrian border to Switzerland. 1989 – WOLF in Hungary and England Establishment of WOLF System Epitoipari Kft. in Kaposvár, Hungary, and WOLF Systems Ltd. in Coventry, England. 1991–1999 – Years of expansion Further locations are established in the Czech Republic (WOLF SYSTEM spol. s r.o.), Poland (WOLF System sp. z o.o.), Slovakia (WOLF SYSTEMBAU spol. s r.o.), France (WOLF Connexion S.a.r.l.), Berlin, Russia (WOLF System CIS), Tenerife (WOLF Canarias SLU), and Croatia (WOLF SYSTEM d.o.o.). 2011 – Year of investments Opening of the new prefabricated house production at the site of Wolf System GmbH, Osterhofen, Germany. Wolf Connexion S.a.r.l., Limay, France, constructs a new administrative and storage building. New office building constructed at the site of Systeme Wolf AG in Rüthi, Switzerland. Establishment of Wolf System Edinolichnoye Vladenie, Belarus, as a subsidiary of Wolf System SIA, Latvia. 2016 - 50th anniversary Incredible turnout during the festive weekend celebrating our anniversary, 50 years of WOLF in Scharnstein. Around 20,000 visitors at the site in Scharnstein. Complete renewal of the production line for prefabricated houses, thus the most modern production in all of Austria at Wolf in Scharnstein. Additional production hall at Wolf System in Germany for the manufacturing of wooden panel walls in the industrial and commercial construction sector. New production hall for prefabricated houses at Wolf Italy. 2017 – New prefabricated house productions Expansion of prefabricated house production at Wolf Systembau in Austria with ceiling element production, cutting systems, and visitor platform. Commissioning of the fifth prefabricated house production facility of the WOLF Group in Italy.
