The Gala Schniga® SchniCo red(s) has a dark colour and is blushed. It gains colour very early and is therefore ideal for areas with weak colouration. The flesh has the same properties as Gala Schniga® Schnitzer(s) and Gala Schniga® SchniCo(s). Gala Dark Baron® apples are characterized by intense red-purple color during the harvest period. Already one month before the harvest, the fruits are colored in a distinctive color.
