Sesampaste (tahine)
Description
Tahina (sesame paste) made of pure sesame is very rich in vitamins and a popular side dish for many dishes. Tahina is highly valued in oriental cuisine and is a major ingredient in the preparation of hummus (chick-pea), and a side dish for meat, fish and salads. The Tahina is also a dip and is often used as a spread.
