Software Integration

The capaNCDT DT61x4 is an active, capacitive system for displacement, distance and position measurements. Consisting of a sensor with integrated preamplifier, a robust cable and a compact controller, the measuring system is immediately ready for use without any on-site calibration. The measuring system is available with a cable length up to 15 m and is ideal for automation purposes. The capaNCDT 61x4 is particularly suitable for automated robot manufacturing and measurement tasks with a drag chain. Moreover, it is used in machine building and semiconductor production. For optimum signal quality, the desired cable length is already factory-calibrated.

The new generation of Micro-Epsilon’s 3D sensors impresses with high accuracy during measurement and assessment of components and surfaces. The surfaceCONTROL and reflectCONTROL inspection systems from Micro-Epsilon are intended for matt and shiny surfaces respectively. The 3D snapshots are recorded in a short time and provide detailed 3D point clouds. These 3D sensors are used, e.g., for geometric component testing, position determination, presence checks and the measurement of flatness or planarity. Thanks to their high performance, the sensors are used for inline applications, on robots and also for offline inspection.

The precise and compact surfaceCONTROL 3D 3500 3D sensor is ideal for automated inline inspection of geometries, shapes and surfaces on diffuse reflective surfaces. With a z repeatability of up to 0.4 µm, the sensor sets new standards in high-precision 3D metrology.

colorSENSOR OT sensors are fixed lens sensors with True Color detection. The sensor is equipped with a special illumination and optical system in order to perfom relative color measurements reliably even from a large distance. Apart from the optics, the models hardly differ from each other. The illumination can be disabled by software. OT sensors are also suitable for the color detection of self-luminous sources.
