Description

Soy flour is a product obtained from processed soybean seeds (soybeans), cake and meal. For the production of soy flour, pre-refined and heat-treated soybean beans are used. Most often, the finished product is added to other food products. Experts say that such an ingredient is able to enrich food, therefore it is customary to use it in industry as a vitamin supplement. In everyday life, soy flour can be used as an alternative to eggs when preparing various dishes; instead of one egg, you should take a couple of tablespoons of such a substance.
