High frequency controllers, eddy currents and sometimes poor electrical guidance can result in electrical charge separation in bearings causing electrical discharge through the lubricant film. As a consequence metallic material is molten locally causing damage on raceways and balls of the bearing. Non-conducting lubricants suffer locally from severe thermal degradation. Solution: Lubcon electrically conductive greases prevent high level charge separation by conducting even at low electrical potential differences and therefore prevent premature bearing failure e.g. in frequency controlled electric motors.

Alkaline washing and disinfection. Extremely efficient, highly alkaline washing and disinfecting preparation based on active chlorine and sodium hydroxide. At low concentrations, the preparation has bactericidal, fungicidal and sporicidal properties. Perfectly removes contamination of animal and plant origin (fats, proteins, blood stains) and eliminates discoloration of washed surfaces from organic substances. Intended mainly for cleaning and disinfection of surfaces in direct contact with food, e.g. during food processing, storage and transportation. Recommended for the foam method.
