Small Rolling Frictional Resistance Incorporating a ball with high accuracy into the precisely polished external cylinder results in small rolling frictional resistance and extremely smooth rolling motion together with reciprocal motion. Low Inertia Since the retainer has high rigidity and is lightweight, it has low motion inertia, making it suitable for rolling motion and reciprocal motion in highspeed operations. Super Precision After the raceway surface of the external cylinder and shaft are heat treated, they receive an ultraprecision finish and are set to zero or a slight preload state by incorporating high precision steel balls. This provides extremely high accuracy in both rotary and linear motion. IKO Linear Bushing G is a high load capacity type linear motion rolling guide in which the external cylinder performs endless linear motion on a shaft with grooved raceway. It is a linear bushing with large load capacity despite being simple and very compact. The IKO Miniature Linear Bushing is an extremely small linear motion rolling guide with a shaft diameter of 3 to 5 mm that performs endless linear motion in the axial direction while making rolling contact with the shaft. Cage, steel balls and stop ring are compactly built in the external cylinder, allowing high feed accuracy to be obtained. Since the steel balls are accurately guided by the cage, stable linear motion can be obtained with small frictional resistance.
