Sunflower Husk Pellets

Keeping large and small animals healthy, happy and comfortable is our top priority. Our all-natural animal bedding is made from 100% pure wood, acquired as a by-product of the lumber industry. It is cleaned, kiln-dried, and processed into shavings and pellets to enhance animal comfort and keep your stalls feeling and smelling fresh and clean. Our bedding is highly absorbent, cost-effective and serves an an ideal bedding solution for both animals and the planet.

A special developed, mechanical method modifies the surface structure of the straw and makes it especially absorbent. For this it is shredded, sieved an de-dusted before it gets pressed into pellets. During pelleting the straw is sterilised thermally. During this process the naturally occuring bacteria, yeast and mold are strongly reduced.
