Sustainable Yarns

Trivialtex can make different yarn combinations as we have all the production facilities namely: texturizing, twisting, dyeing and winding. Mixed colour yarns can be used in a wide range of products and can be made from polyamide or polyester combinations in several plies. These yarns can be mixed with intermingled or by twisting. We develop this product to suit each client.

We have polyester yarns since 50 dTex to 167 dTex in various choices. It is suitable for high grade clothing and fancy yarn. Application: Ladies wear, pants, jacket, wind breakers, coat, polar fleece, socks, underwear, sportswear, casual wear.

We have yarns of Polyamide 6 from 78 dTex until 110 dTex. It's good for clothing and is used on circular knitting, warp knitting, covering yarn, dyeing yarn, socks and fancy yarn. Application: Apparel, socks, lingerie, seamless, underwear, ribbons, elastics bands, sportswear and covering yarns

We have yarns of Polyamide 6.6 since 22 dTex until 110 dTex. These Yarns are excellent for clothing. Fabric made of Polyamide 6.6 has following characteristics: Softer No crinkle due to good elasticity recovery. Less possible to be crispy due to cold weather resistance. Dimensional stability due to higher strength. Higher abrasion resistance. Less yellowish and brighter colour due to more heat resistance. Good sweat absorption and ventilation, easy to wash and quick dry. Application: Underwear, lingerie, pantyhose, fashion apparel, fitness wear, sportswear, ribbons, elastic and covering yarn.
