From the very beginning, it was all about team work – in 1970, that meant Schmidt and Tabrizi. Until his departure in 1990, Peter Schmidt (+) and Mahmoud Tabrizi worked together to create the foundation for today's company. When Reza Tabrizi took over the company ten years later, it really took off: The second-generation director primarily valued the human factor, in addition to investments in machinery and the site. The name Tabrizi now stands for long-term relationships between customers and supplier. In its current position, the company sees itself not "just" as a supplier, but rather a partner to its customers. It's a partnership on equal footing. In the era of smartphones, Mars rovers and single-person households, the manifold changes in our society, politics and the economy are happening ever more rapidly. Consequently, we don't simply wait to be asked, but rather actively approach our customers with new solutions. We also pass on our expertise to future generations as a matter of course.
