Steel rollers with the jacket consisting of tube and bearing mounting head rigidly coupled by welding.Monobloc steel rollers are used in conveyors with medium, heavy or very heavy loads. Depending on their application, the rollers have specific shapes for connection to the structure. This need is particularly noticeable in the production of gravity and motor-driven conveyors.For the correct installation of steel idlers, refer to the “Fixing rollers to structures” section on page 11.For the correct installation of motor-driven rollers, refer to the “Fixing rollers to structures” section on page 68. The diagrams and Table 60 show the shapes of the ends of the axles envisaged in TECNORULLI production’s “Monobloc steel rollers” programme.On request, other forms of connections and rollers with hubs can be considered.

Steel clamped and monobloc idlers with double cylindrical tube or conical tube.They are used in the production of gravity or push curves. Curves with rollers are used to deflect the straight running direction of the package in a circular direction.Their opening angle α° is normally 45°, 90° or 180°.Depending on the flow of material running clockwise or anticlockwise, they are named right or left.In the production of curves with idlers, the following types of rollers can be used:_ individual cylindrical rollers mounted in radially staggered fashion (base-idlers)

Due to the structural characteristics of the materials of which they are made, these rollers are used for motor-driven conveyor in combined systems of handling and stockpiling of light, medium-heavy and heavy packages in normal, dusty, corrosive, and also humid and warm environments.They are made of clamped or monobloc base rollers with steel tube, crown and simple double steel pinions, aligned on the tube or at one end of the jacket.

They are used in gravity and motor-driven conveyors for guiding and keeping pallets and packages in general in line.The flanges may be made of bolted aluminum UNI 4514, bracketed and tightened on the tube according to the installation to be achieve, or of welded sheet steel, pressure keyed on the tube and joined by continuous welding.See diagrams and tables.

Clamped or monobloc steel rollers mounted on pre-lubricated and protected radial ball bearings.The externally threaded axle protrudes from one end of the tube only. They are vertically mounted, with a guiding and sliding function, in gravity or motor-driven conveyors.The technical characteristics of Series 6 rollers are those of the relative base rollers.

Straight brackets made of cold-formed sheet steel, fitted with housing for supporting the roller axle.The choice of brackets to be welded or secured by screws depends on the type of roller to be supported and the installation to be achieved.See diagrams and tables.

Steel rollers or with polyamide resin sectors driven by tangential chain or chain with links in series.The jacket is composed of an austenitic stainless steel tube AISI 304 (on request, AISI 316, etc. …) with a constant thickness or cylindrical polyamide resin sectors reinforced with glass microspheres. The axle is made of drawn austenitic stainless steel round AISI 303 (on request. AISI 304, AISI 316, etc. …) They are used in motor-driven conveyors and in motor-driven conveyors for stockpiling with medium-high loads and medium speeds, in bad environmental conditions.In order to facilitate installation, TECNORULLI provides brackets for mounting on the structure. PVC rollers with jacket consisting of PVC tube and bearing mounting head rigidly coupled by pressure.They are mounted on angular ball bearings at full complement with or without spacer cage, pre-lubricated and protected with anti-dust labyrinth seals. The finishes of the rollers, the executions of the bearings and the operating temperatures are showed from pages 12 to 15.The shaft fixing shapes are shown on page 19. They are used in the production of gravity, push and motor-driven conveyors.The diagrams and tables on page 18 show the dimensional characteristics.Normal operating temperature, TN:_5 ÷ +50 [°C].
