Thanks to this new shade, the aluminium becomes furthermore similar to the copper, with a consider­able advantage: the effect remains unchanged through the years! SUPER GRONDAL® is used to manufacture gut­ters, pluvials and accessories. Thanks to its excep­tional resistance it would be a great choice also for fa9ades (ventilated and non-ventilated) and roofing. Differently from other materials, pre-painted alu­minium is totally recyclable and maintains its me­chanical and metallurgical properties over time. SUPER GRONDAL® has an excellent resistance to the weather agents and does not release any kind of polluting material.

The primary task for the roof of any building is naturally to protect the interior. And gutters also protect the structure, playing a key role in controlling water flow off of the roof and away from the building. Of course, the roof and the gutter system also contribute to a building’s aesthetic appeal and its visual impression. In fact, often the roof of a building becomes a fixture on the skyline and a landmark, especially when the design is unique and the surface colorful. Novelis pre-painted aluminum has proven to be an effective, durable and attractive option for aluminum roofing panels and aluminum gutter material. All of the elements are easily installed and nearly permanent when maintained properly. Our products also offer practically endless possibilities for designers when considering the roof and gutters as part of their aluminum architecture.

Ballast mounting system is designed for flat roofs and used to be installed without anchorage. The advantage of the system is that it does not damage the waterproofing carpet and prevents the flow of roofing material. Thanks to the use of a special lining, the load is evenly distributed on the roof and this prevents deformation of a thermal insulation. The specially selected lightweight grade of steel reduces the weight of the structure, making installation quick and easy. Hotdip galvanizing of each part in accordance with ISO 1461 2009 gives anticorrosion resistance, thus prolonging the service life for several decades.

The roofing membrane is a varnished material reinforced with polyester fabric with a three-layer application of PVC composition. It is intended for installation and repair of a single-layer coating of an unexploited roof of buildings and structures for various purposes: industrial, public and residential, as well as for waterproofing ground storage facilities, coatings of tanks, landfills, and other technical purposes.
