GEM F470 - F520 - F670 CARTON SEALERS WITH MANUAL ADJUSTMENT - AUTOMATIC FLAP CLOSER AND SIDE DRIVE BELTS Carton sealer with manual dimensioning and and automatic flap closer. It folds automatically the four upper flaps and seals with auto-adhesive tape the top and bottom of batches of uniform size, American-type boxes. The upper taping unit has a patented system which, by regulating a spring, enables the subsequent weight on the box to be preset and therefore any differences in height of the boxes to be absorbed. The boxes are fed by lateral conveyor belts, driven by a single motor thus optimising even sliding of the boxes and ensuring perfect alignment of the upper and lower flaps which in turn guarantees perfect sealing.

TAPING MACHINE MOD. FP 9036 WITH MANUAL ADJUSTMENT AND 2 LATERAL DRIVE BELTS The taping machines series FP9036 and FP9037 are used in semiautomatic lines for the quick and safe closure of boxes using adhesive tape. The two taping heads simultaneously apply a strip of tape above and below the box. Depending on the size of the boxes (height and width), the operator must adjust the taping machine using handy handwheels. In the FP9036 model the structure of the machine body is in painted steel sheet and the cartons are dragged through 2 side drive belts. The machine is complete with 2 idle roller conveyors attached to the taping machine with length mm. 400 (for loading and unloading). It is equipped with wheels with brakes.

CARTON SEALER MACHINE MOD. GEM 350 - GEM 360 - GEM 380 WITH ADJUSTABLE FORMAT AND WITH UPPER AND LOWER DRIVE BELTS. The two heads simultaneously apply a strip of tape taping above and below the box. Ideal for close boxes high and narrow. Structure of the machine body made of sheet steel bent, bolted and painted, the movement of the cartons is done by four drive belts flat, two lower and two upper, driven by a single motor, adjustments for the different formats are made through flywheels. The box has to get on the work surface with the top flaps closed. The machine is equipped with 4 wheels with brakes.

The movement of the cartons is done by two side drive belts driven by a single motor, adjustments for the different formats are made through flywheels. The machine is equipped with 4 wheels with brakes.
