Description

The TSC5 ultrasonic welding process control system enables easy integration into automation lines. Together with the trend-setting Telso®Flex software, you benefit from the most modern operating software. This allows you to increase your efficiency thanks to the clearly arranged view. All relevant functions, parameters and results are available via the modern and standardized OPC UA data interface. You also have full access to the user interface via the encrypted VPN protocol. It enables remote monitoring of the system status and assistance for the operator. For traceability and quality control, all welds are logged, including all parameters and results. This log can be saved locally, on a USB stick, network or FTP drive and automatically updated. The Telso®Flex software can be adapted to your needs thanks to its modern architecture. As a result, new functions can also be installed later.
