Chef’s Mix; Tres Leches Mix is a mixture to make the unique tasty sweet of Balkans, tres leches. Chef’s Mix; Tres Leches Mix 1000 g. An Egg 400 g. Oil 200 g. Water 200 g. Chef’s Mix; Tres Leches Mix powder mixture, oil, egg and water are all whisked together in a mixer for 5 minutes at a normal speed. After removing from oven, it’s sliced and a blended mixture of 1500 gr milk, 400 gr cream and 100 gr sugar poured over slices. Caramel sauce can be added if desired. Oven Temperature: 160°C Baking Time : Dedepending on the cup, approximately 40 – 45 mins.
