Our modern turning machines with CNC controls of company “Mazak” can work details from all types of steels, crude iron and non-ferrous metals. The maximum diameter of working detail is 380 mm, at maximum length 1000 mm. The machines are equipped with devices for the filing of rods. Our products are intended for the automotive industry, machine building industry, construction and other industries. Metal In Ltd have two punching machines – TRUMPH and Raskin and two CNC bending machines TRUMPH. This allow us to produce punching details with maximum sizes 1250x2500 mm and maximum thickness 4 mm. Machines are with maximum length 3000 mm and power 120 tones. We also have eccentric presss machines with maximum power of kick 160 tones and hydraulic presses with maximum power 100 tones. We have our own production of punching and bending instruments. The company have three roller bending machines for sheet iron, profiles and tubes. Except upper mentioned operations we also make MIG-MAG and WIG welding, cleaning and powder coating.

The new CNC milling machines with vertical center with 3 and 5 axis machines give us a possibility to produce complex details with excellent quality. We work usual steel, stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron, brass. The maximum dimension of detail is 1200x600x600 mm, by 5 axis work ф320 mm. The maximum weight of the product is 1000 kg. The company possess universal milling machines, which are used for production of details with small series, repair of instruments, producing of single pieces

The company has 2 fiber lasers, with which it performs cutting both for its own needs and for customers. Our goal is to provide good service, which means fast response, excellent quality, competitive prices. Laser cutting machines are equipped with two removable replaceable tables measuring 1500 x 3000 mm and it is adapted for continuous three-shift mode. The maximum cutting thicknesses for the different materials are: Mild steel - 20 mm Stainless steel - 12 mm Aluminum - 12 mm Copper - 5 mm Bronze - 5 mm
