The SAV Plus™ is a heavy-duty position control valve that maintains a valve's position based on a desired % output set point. It is designed to work in applications where the control of a process variable (PV) is accomplished using an independent sensor. Perfect for controlling Dew-point, Carbon Potential, etc. The SAV Plus™ incorporates a standard Waukee Flo-Meter scaled to the application requirements and an electronic control valve that modulates flow based on an external signal from a control system. The Flow-Trigger™ is an industrial flow switch designed and calibrated to confirm minimum or maximum flow rate within a pipeline. The Flow-Trigger™ combines a fully calibrated flow orifice and an explosion proof differential pressure switch to reliably monitor gas flow within the most demanding hazardous industrial environments. The Flow-Trigger™ is designed to be suitable for use with most industrial gases including hydrocarbons and corrosives like ammonia. Every Flow-Trigger™ comes complete with an orifice calibration curve and is preset to trigger at the desired set point based on the provided inlet gas specifications. The switch is field adjustable (+/- 40% of initial flow set point) after installation so that it can be fine tuned to meet specific application requirements. The Flow-Trigger™ is designed to be easily installed directly into a gas pipeline and comes complete with the required inlet and outlet pipe to maintain calibration accuracy.

Proven in over 30 years of field operation, Waukee brand compressors are designed to be easy to maintain and service. This means that downtime is kept to a minimum. Features include simple design with few moving parts, rotary vane constructions, and built-in automatic closed-circuit unloader in which gas not needed is recirculated within the compressor. (Depending on pressure and flow rates, a bypass regulator may be used instead.) The 6-vane rotor is supported at both ends by factory sealed and lubricated ball bearings. Operation is relatively quiet. There are no gears, springs, or metal contacts. The low-friction vanes slide in and out of the rotor slots centrifugally. Capacity: The Waukee Rotary Vane Compressors can be provided from 200 cfh (5.6 cm/h) to 8,000 cfh (226 cm/h) at pressures up to 3 psig (20.68 kPa) on standard models.

The Mixor™ is a precision compressor-carburetor device which accurately mixes gas and air in any selected ratio, and compresses it for use with endothermic cracking, or exothermic cracking generators, or as a source of pre-mixed gas and air for torch brazing, flame heat treating, or sort metal melting.

Gas Mixing Panels include the Waukee brand rotary vane compressors, air and gas Flo-Meters, and either a mechanical carburetor or RatioProver for precise ratio control. Panels are available with additive trim gas or air Flo-Meters. The RCV Plus™ Gas Mixing System is a combination of flow meters specifically designed to monitor and control the ratio of two gases. It consists of an RCV Plus™ and a FLO-TRONIC Plus™. The RCV Plus™ utilizes a micro-processor that continuously compares a preset ratio to the real-time ratio of the two gas flows, as measured by the FLO-TRONIC Plus™, and the ratio control valve itself. Using a stepper motor, the RCV Plus™ continuously adjusts the flow metering needle-valve to precisely maintain the preset gas ratio. The real-time ratio is continuously displayed on the LCD screen of the RCV Plus™. Included in the RCV Plus™ is an optional input for the addition of a trim gas, which is frequently used for process control. Trim gas addition is additive to the ratio. When trim gas is used, the continuously displayed real-time ratio then includes the trim gas addition.

The EndoInjector™ is a precise gas mixing / control system for endothermic gas generators. It incorporates a patented fuel injection design that utilizes electronic flow measurement and precise ratio control to consistently provide the ideal gas mixture for high quality endo gas generation. The fuel injection design automatically delivers gas mixture on demand, providing only as much endothermic gas as furnaces require to reduce operating costs and eliminate gas waste. EndoInjector™ typically pays for itself in less than 1 year. The ExoInjector™ is designed specifically for exothermic gas generators. While similar in concept, the ExoInjector™ differs from the EndoInjector™ in that it comes in modified mechanical versions to accommodate pre-mix or nozzle-mix burners with a custom HMI software that allows for predefined ratio set points for burner ignition, rich exo, and lean exothermic gas. The system can be modified to provide hydrogen content control and water vapor monitoring.

The advanced EndoFlex™ endothermic gas generator combines the patented EndoInjector™ fuel injection generator control system with the high-efficiency ReactionCore™ technology to lower operation and maintenance costs associated with producing high quality endothermic gas for your heat treatment furnaces.
