Ultrasonic punching

Metal In Ltd have two punching machines – TRUMPH and Raskin and two CNC bending machines TRUMPH. This allow us to produce punching details with maximum sizes 1250x2500 mm and maximum thickness 4 mm. Machines are with maximum length 3000 mm and power 120 tones. We also have eccentric presss machines with maximum power of kick 160 tones and hydraulic presses with maximum power 100 tones. We have our own production of punching and bending instruments. The company have three roller bending machines for sheet iron, profiles and tubes. Except upper mentioned operations we also make MIG-MAG and WIG welding, cleaning and powder coating.

It has been designed and constructed with respect to the pre punch holes to prepare a connecting element assembly, especially for metal plates. These packages are produced in order to order and delivery for approximately 3 4 weeks.

Ultrasonic welding machines of the Seamsonic series combine all the physical advantages of ultrasonic welding with the whole range of technological sewing experience. On the PFAFF 8310 the workpiece is held between the sonotrode and the anvil wheel and welded continuously under pressure. When welding continuously by the ultrasonic method, the material to be welded will be subjected to rapid changing pressure vibrations. The heat develops because of molecular vibrations beneath the material surface, for thin materials within the immediate vicinity of the actual weld. Ultrasonic welding with the Seamsonic is a modern, innovative and economic alternative and complementary to conventional sewing technology. If assembling of laminates, clothing fabrics with high share of polymer and technical nonwovens is required and in particular to get, the use of the Seamsonic is the first choice.

Heat / Ultrasonic Inserts are designed for post-mould installation in thermoplastics. Heat and ultrasonic installation yield outstanding performance results. SPIROL offers several different series of Heat/Ultrasonic Inserts available in a long and short version of each thread size. Long lengths maximize torque and pull-out resistance, while short lengths are good for less stringent requirements at lower cost and shorter installation times. Some styles are available with or without a head. The head provides bearing surface for the mating component that also prevents jack-out (or when used in reverse, can prevent pull through). However, adding a head results in additional cost raw material of a larger diameter is required to create the head. Some non-headed Inserts are symmetrical – thus eliminating the need to orient the Insert prior to installation.
