Vertical Wire Drawing Bullblocks

Tecno Impianti manufactures vertical wire drawing bullblocks, which are utilized for drawing wire of small-medium diameter. They are available in two types: Mod. MV e Mod. MVC. In the models MV, which cover a range of wire diameters from 4,0 to 12,0 mm., the drawn wire can be coiled on the wire drawing capstan and then taken-up with a coil extractor, or, after the wire drawing operation, it can be sent to a vertical spooler which spools it on reels. The models MVC, commonly known as vertical inverted bullblocks, cover a range of wire diameters from 5,0 to 9,0 mm. The wire drawn on this type of machine is taken-up on wire carriers positioned under the wire drawing capstan.
