GMY Master Polymer In the polymer industry, we produce masterbatch at rates ranging from 20% to 60% based on customer demand. The substance that is used to produce black masterbatch, which has a structure known as paracrystalline or semi-crystalline, where carbon cannot fully crystallize, is referred to as carbon black. It is obtained in the form of soot through the incomplete combustion of various materials, ranging from heavy petroleum products to agricultural oils. Carbon black is utilized in several industries. For instance, food manufacturers use carbon black (E152) extracted from agricultural sources as a coloring additive. Its excellent conductivity properties make it suitable for use in the electrical industry. The car wheel industry relies heavily on carbon black for its reinforcing effect on rubber.
