Vitamin D, the "sun vitamin", is indispensable for many vital functions. It supports the immune system and contributes towards maintaining healthy bones and a healthy muscle function, amongst others. In contrast to the other vitamins, the human body can produce its own vitamin D with the exposure to the sun. However, the skin's ability to produce vitamin D reduces considerably in the dark winter months, but also due to staying indoors and with increasing age. The German Society for Nutrition (DGE) therefore recommends taking 20 µg (corresponding with 800 I.U.) of vitamin D each day. Due to the fact that vitamin D can be stored by the body, vitamin-D3-5.600 I.E. weekly depot capsules are the perfect opportunity to cover the vitamin D level for 7 days - with just one capsule per week! Each capsule contains 140 μg vitamin D3 corresponding with 5600 I.U.

Nutritional supplement with propolis and vitamin C. Propolis is a pleasant-smelling, tasty bee product. Bees collect resins from different trees and turn them into propolis in a mysterious process, together with pollen, wax and their own enzymes. Propolis protects the bee hive in a number of ways as a putty resin. Propolis was valued by people in ancient times, not least due to its pleasantly bitter taste. Vitamin C contributes towards a healthy, vital immune system. Vitamin C also plays a role in protecting cells against oxidative stress. Each capsule contains 250 mg pure propolis extract and 80 mg vitamin C.

Each Omega 3 Fish Oil capsule contains 1000 mg valuable fish oil with at least 30 % natural, polyunsaturated Omega 3 fatty acids. As necessary, essential nutrients, Omega 3 fatty acids cannot be produced by the human body and therefore should be consumed regularly in foods. Important representatives of Omega 3 fatty acids are DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), which are proven to contribute towards a healthy, normal heart function (from daily intake of 250 mg). Natural vitamin E also plays a role in protecting cells against oxidative stress.

Green tea is obtained from the same plant (Camellia sinensis) as black tea. In contrast to black tea, green tea isn't fermented but gently steamed and dried. Most of the health benefits of green tea are attributed to the catechins, a group of polyphenols, which gives the tea a bitter taste. Particularly noteworthy is the epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), which are very high antioxidant activity. To the high-quality green tea extract in our capsules we have added vitamin C. Each capsule contains 400 mg green tea extract with 380 mg of polyphenols and 160 mg EGCG.
