It cleans the dirt on the surface without requiring mechanical treatment. Specifications: H-21 is a waterbased liquid cleaner used on all water resistant surfaces. H-21 cleans soot, oil, nicotine, coal, algae and common dirt from industries. H-21 is biodegradable. At the end of 30 days, %92 is lost in nature. H-21 is a concentrated and economical product. H-21 can be mixed with fresh and pure water. H-21 is not flammable or combustible. It also does not damage aluminum. H-21 does not contain caustic.
