  3. LIQMET - Liquid Metal technologies

    Australia

Liqmet specializes in producing a large variety of environmentally-responsible metal coatings. The range includes nine standard metals: Aluminum, Brass, Copper, Bronze, Iron, Zinc, “Gold’, Pewter and “Platinum". Two different viscosity (“Ready to spray” and “Ready to brush”) of Liqmet –Liquid Metals allows the application by rolling, brushing, spraying or with a spatula, to create an unending variety of smooth and finely-textured surfaces. Special deeper surface effects may be created by applying a thick coating and working it with different techniques. The limit is the imagination. Most metal sheeting only comes in prefabricated standard sizes, so for larger projects seams will be inevitable. Liquid Metals can be applied continuously so that there is no problem with seams showing. Also, unlike metal sheeting, when damaged (punctured, dented or buckled) it can be repaired on site to its original condition. Metal finishes can be sandblasted to produce fine detailed patterns.
