BTF also custom designs and builds furnaces used to test various mateirals' fire safety. We engage in extensive R&D efforts with other companies and accredited laboratories. These furnaces, running our proprietary management and data acquisition software, enable tests to be made to meet a wide range of standards (EN-1363-1; -1363 in -2 ASTM-E119; UL-263; BS-476-20; HCM; RWS). We provide maintenance, repair and restoration services for all brands of furnaces, supplying spare parts such as thermocouples, regulators, insulating and/or refractory materials, wound and armoured heating elements.
