The spindle shaft is made of alloy steel and after heat treatment & grinding procedure. It is high accuracy: Precision within: 0.002mm. 3. We use all bearings with brand: NSK or SKF for high precision & longer life. 4. Propel via. Ball screws & Servo motor, can be positioned & removed the metal chips for several sections, to improve the drilling efficiency and also prolong the cutting tools’ life. 5. The spindle head with servo motor perform multiple functions which mean one unit can be used for drilling/tapping/milling all in one !
