We offer a one-stop point for addressing customer’s needs: from the design, development, material selection, production, and finish (e.g., powder coating, flocking, galvanizing, polishing). We offer manufacturing of sheet metal, metals and metal components – from idea to final product. We are specialized in CNC punching, stamping and perforation; CNC bending, welding of steel, aluminum, stainless steel, in sheets, tubes, or other forms of metal elements; grinding, drilling, and various other finishing activities. At the customer's request, the product can also be powder-coated, flocked or polished using our own facilities for dry-powder coating and flocking paint shop. Our firm was founded in 1990; with work experience exceeding 30 years, mainly in the manufacturing of metal products such as electronics and heater housings, metal frame doors, furniture (wardrobe frames, beds, table bases, benches), lamp housings, and much more, we are a resourceful and reliable partner in a region. Our designer bin shelters and covers are imagined and designed by our design office teams. Our products are made from galvanised steel sheets. We provide our clients with several different models. Modern and unique designs so that bin shelters become a decorative item providing a touch of elegance to the environment. We are very environmentally aware, which is why we provide bin shelters and covers with designer sheet metal which describes the type of waste to make sorting as easy as possible. The type of waste is clearly written on each metal sheet in 3 languages (French, German and English) with distinctive colours. Clients can also choose other languages if they wish. Our trilingual website offers our products to clients throughout Europe. In addition to galvanised sheet metal, we apply a layer of paint by thermolaquering to efficiently protect the steel and therefore guarantee our products for 10 years.
