Tankki makes stainless steel tanks and vessels for use in different types of industrial installations, such as dairies, breweries and pharmaceutical, biochemical, chemical and other processing plants. Process tanks are designed and manufactured according to the clients’ specifications, which may include special agitators, heat transfer jackets and insulation. Tankki has developed a complete range of agitators for different purposes. Tankki has also developed a range of specialized products, one of the most important are large cylindrical ice bank silos for dairies and air conditioning applications. Annual production ranges from 200 to 600 process tanks (depending on size) in stainless steel and acid proof materials for different industrial applications. Tankki uses 1, 000 tons of stainless steel and alloys and 50, 000 metres of stainless steel tubing per year. Tankki manufactures stainless steel products such as souring, maturing and mixing tanks, milk silos and washing plants.
