Pressmark was founded in 1972 and is a privately owned company that specialises in high-quality metal pressings and resistance welded assemblies. With proven vendor records in a variety of sectors, Pressmark has the knowledge and capability to support a wide variety of customers.On the current site in Warwickshire, there are 26 large bed presses, ranging from 150 to 1, 200 tonne, allowing the production of a variety of different size products in a diverse range of both standard metals and exotic alloys.The long term vision is to become a global supplier of value added technical products that contain pressed components.At Pressmark, our mission is to produce the best quality metal pressings and fabrications at a competitive price for manufacturers around the world, through investment in people and equipment.At Pressmark, we produce on average 1, 100, 000 pressings every single month on a range of presses which start at 150 tonne capacity and rise to 1, 200 tonne capacity. Our largest bed size for stamping is 76 ft2 (7m2), which allows us to manufacture some extremely large components, alongside our much smaller high volume components. With a mixture of single and double action presses, we have the flexibility to deliver efficiency through our tandem lines, competitively. We also have progression presses in our plant list that we utilise for competitive volume components too.
