    The vegetable processing factory Friglo is located on the land of top quality, ideally supplemented by the climate favorable for growing of various plants and has the most modern and technologically best working equipment. Friglo’s annual production capacity at the moment amounts to 17000 tons of finished frozen products. What makes us special is the fact that in our factory the whole process from picking to freezing of vegetables finishes within one hour, which is significantly faster than the usual two - two and a half hours necessary for this procedure. Quick freezing technology ensures formation of many crystallization centres, which means ice crystals will be smaller and evenly distributed both in cells and in intercellular space, thus allowing water to freeze there where it is naturally present in a product. Blanching prior to freezing inactivates enzymes, preventing changes of color, taste and smell of frozen products. Freezing provides for the best preservation of nutritious value of products and unstable components such as vitamins. We offer: Basic vegetables: peas, yellow beans, green beans, sweetcorn, potato, carrot, onion etc. Vegetable mixes: royal mix (carrot, cauliflower, broccoli), stew (peas, green beans, carrot, cut red pepper, cut tomatoes), golden mix (peas, carrot, sweetcorn), Russian salad (peas, potato, carrot), broth (peas, cauliflower, potato, carrot, parsnip) and other mixes per customer’s needs Fruit: strawberry, raspberry, sour cherry, fruit mix
