The testing machine with the name "Twist-Control" and its newly invented testing method is for inexpensive measurements of mechanical properties in the shortest possible time from directly out of the melt casted test specimens. In this way, conclusions can be made about the quality of the melt and the mechanical strength properties of castings can be checked before the actual casting process. Auf diese Weise sind Rückschlüsse auf die Qualität der Schmelzen möglich und die Festigkeitswerte von Gussteilen vor dem eigentlichen Gießprozess prüfbar. This patented embedding process guarantees the highest degree of cutting capability and the longevity of the wire. The wire is wound around a drum that is attached to a precision hoist motor.
