Our goal is to increase the quality of components and cast parts. We do this with a newly developed testing machine for foundries and our services for strength and melt testing. The testing machine with the name "Twist-Control" and its newly invented testing method is for inexpensive measurements of mechanical properties in the shortest possible time from directly out of the melt casted test specimens. In this way, conclusions can be made about the quality of the melt and the mechanical strength properties of castings can be checked before the actual casting process. In this way activities for quality improvement (melt treatment) can be precisely taken and scrap parts are reduced. --- Unser Ziel ist die Qualitätssteigerung von Bauteilen und Gussteilen. Das setzen wir um mit einer neu entwickelten Prüfmaschine, speziell für Gießereien und eigenen Dienstleistung zur Festigkeits- und Schmelzeprüfung. Die Prüfmaschine mit der Bezeichnung „Twist-Control“ und dessen neu entwickeltes Verfahren erlauben eine kostengünstige Messung mechanischer Werkstoffeigenschaften in kürzester Zeit von direkt aus der Schmelze abgegossenen Probekörpern. Auf diese Weise sind Rückschlüsse auf die Qualität der Schmelzen möglich und die Festigkeitswerte von Gussteilen vor dem eigentlichen Gießprozess prüfbar. So lassen sich Maßnahmen für eine Qualitätsverbesserung (Schmelzebehandlung) treffen und Ausschuss wird vermindert.

The applied cutting tool is stainless steel wire with diamond grains that can be effectively "embedded" in the wire. This patented embedding process guarantees the highest degree of cutting capability and the longevity of the wire. The wire is wound around a drum that is attached to a precision hoist motor. Depending on the size of the saw, the length of the wire ranges from 10 to 40 metres. It has a diameter between 0.10 and 0.70 mm. All our saws use the force of gravity and/or weights as a method to achieve and maintain consistent feed rates. Moreover, they all possess continual variable speed control for the wire.
