Specially approved by the German Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices. Our face mask passed the test according to the EN 14683: 2019-10 Type II standard on 19th June 2020 in a German laboratory. Basic information: BFE (bacterial filtration efficiency) = 99.97%, limit value 98%, pressure difference (breathing resistance) = average of 29 Pa/cm², limit value 40 Pa/cm². Microbiological purity = average of 8.8 CFU/g, limit value 30 CFU/g. Dimensions 17.5 cm x 9.5 cm. For our face masks, we therefore rely on a combination of different micro non-woven filter materials, which clean the air in a filter cascade and consequently allow a wide range of uses. The mask is made of three layers. The middle layer is made out of ultra-fine melt-blown material (virus and bacteria filter). We use a product from a prominent German manufacturer here.
