Managing Director and Head of Production Nils Lehmann is a trained precision engineering technician, and has now been working for more than 12 years in the area of design, planning and production of plastic profiles. He has specialised here in the production of extrusion tools. The art of extrusion nozzle grinding and especially filigree finish grinding, on which the quality of the profiles ultimately depends, are some of his particular strengths. His father, Klaus Lehmann, a master in toolmaking, has 35 years of professional experience in the area of plastic processing and extrusion technology. He is the co-founder of several companies in the plastic and tool sector. He has been there right from the start when it comes to the development of plastics made of TPE and the production of their special nozzle tools. The production of thin-walled filigree profiles requires a precise extrusion tool. We specialise in such difficult and complicated profiles. We produce profiles and seals from all TPE, soft PVC and PP – for medical technology, the car industry, the construction industry and boatbuilding. We can create profiles for you according to drawings and patterns at short notice (within 1–2 weeks).

Due to the fact that the profile systems tend to use the colour RAL 9016 Traffic white, the colours RAL 9010 Pure white and RAL 9003 Signal white have become special colours that we no longer stock on site. However, we can of course still produce these colours according to customers' wishes. We produce our standard profiles using only newly produced hard and soft PVC materials (we do not use recycling-grade materials).
