Source materials can be aluminum silicate, alkaline earth, Mullit fibre. DUALBLOCK up to 1100, 1260 and 1300˚C Applied indifferent design used at high flow speeds. Elements are assembled from edge cut mats.They are fixed to the metal surface of furnaces mechanically by adhesives. Available in alkaline earth ceramic fibres. 3D ceramic fiber shapes can be molded using our in-house vacuum forming machines. This process lends itself to higher volume parts that need to be molded to net shape, thereby minimizing the need for any secondary machining operations. A tool room can design and fabricate molds, and different batches can be formulated to meet your requirements for temperature rating, density and hardness.
