    Our press is mechanical, piston/ram type which produces continuous logs with approx 1000 Kg/M³ to 1400 Kg/M³ density. Continuous high production capacity: 1500 KG/Hour. Finished product size; 90mm diameter. Shape: Solid-Cylindrical. Biomass raw material with particle size up to 20mm/2cm can be directly fed to the machine. Less electricity use and processing/operating cost compared to Screw type or hydraulic technology. No loss of production & air pollution due to direct feeding system. The feed speed in conveyor and feeding cone are controlled by variable speed drives to optimize the production. Also the temperature sensors make the life of internal moving parts of machine long lasting and safe in operation. Our presses are CE marked as per European compliance. Our machines are robust and built to run continuously 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Our machines are competitive in price and also the recurring costs of wear parts are also economical.
